Orange Mint Balsamic Fruit Salad
Nothing is better than cold refreshing fruit on a hot summer day. I love personal sized watermelons and I just bought my first watermelon baller. See where I’m going with this?
It’s too hot to “cook” but it’s the perfect temp for mint fruit salad!
This gourmet fruit cocktail comes together in 4 quick steps.
Step 1: Ball the melon
Step 2: Chop the mint
Step 3: Whip up the dressing
Step 4: Combine it all and enjoy.
To get this recipe going, ball up a personal sized watermelon. Slice in ½ 1 lb of strawberries and combine them with the watermelon and 2 pints of blackberries. Next, finely chop 1 bunch of mint leaves and sprinkle the pieces onto the fruit.
It’s that easy! This flavorful crowd pleaser looks crazy fancy and is bound to impress anyone that eats it. So feel free to make it for every bbq you go to this summer!
8 oz Blackberries
16 oz Strawberries
1 Mini Watermelon
1 bunch Mint
⅓ cup Orange juice
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
Recipe serves 6.
