Super Simple Guacamole
Guacamole can be made a thousand different ways. Whenever avocados are on sale or I have too many ripening up at once, my go to dish is guacamole. It's the perfect snack to satisfy those picky eaters! Most recipes are gluten free, vegan, and paleo friendly. With that being said, I have tried many variations that all stem from this basic recipe.
If dicing up fresh vegetables sounds like too much work today, skip it and use salsa or pico de gallo instead.
